Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 9, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Zloth, including Premium subscriptions and one-time credit packs.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national law. Our voluntary 14-day refund window (see below) is separate from and does not replace this statutory right. For full details on exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, see the "Right of Withdrawal" section in our Terms of Service.

14-Day Refund Window

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of a subscription or credit pack purchase.
  • To request a refund, contact us at support@zlothai.com with your account email and a brief reason for the request.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. We will initiate the refund without undue delay after approving your request.
  • The credit to your account depends on your bank or card issuer and typically appears within 5–10 business days.

Effect on Credits

  • When a refund is processed, any remaining unused credits from the refunded purchase are removed immediately.
  • Credits that have already been used prior to the refund are not recoverable.

Subscriptions

  • Subscription refunds include cancellation of the subscription.
  • Access to premium features continues until the refund is fully processed.

After the 14-Day Window

  • After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (including statutory consumer rights).
  • You can still cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
